Valentine Cards :)

So now that Holidays are all over we can now all breathe a sigh of relief we no longer have to spend weeks budgeting, shopping, wrapping, cooking....(the list goes on forever!)

Now comes my favorite part of a new year; the Not really Real Holidays! You know which ones I am talking about. Valentine's Day, St. Patricks Day, etc. The ones that you can simple throw on a green shirt or send a little red card and that is enough. Heck you really don't have to celebrate in anyway with these little holidays, but why spoil the fun?
Besides with Valentine's Day coming next month can you complain about an excuse to eat boxes of chocolate or give cheesy cards? Better yet! Why not make your own cards?

Go ahead and break out your scrapbook paper, stickers and ribbon and just start cutting hearts and making lovely card designs.

The one I made above is just blue wood looking paper folded in half. I then cut a contrasting floral piece with crazy scissors. Added a little ribbon strip, a pink heart and blue squares you come up with a cute looking card. :)

This one I just designed around the 3D floral sticker I had.

Anyways, with your cute homemade card why not grab some strawberries; melt some chocolate and make chocolate covered strawberries. It makes a great gift for any loved one. :)
