Chasing the Internet.

A week since my last post...*hangs head* I am so ashamed!!! Okidokie, I am over it.

How often do you go on the interent with a purpose and then get side-tracked. You remember you had to check your email from that one important person. You log to Yahoo and well you then remember you wanted to a recipe for those extra cans of Pumpkin you had from last years Thanksgiving. You pull up one tab to load that page, while you go back to your email window, but just as you are about to click you think she might have left you a facebook message! But of course, you being a smart cookie know once on facebook you would of course lose focus on the important task at hand.
OH look! Your recipe search brought a few things. You check and skim and pull up about 3-4 more tabs of recipes that look interesting to look into and might try. Back to the email tab.

You then notice the checkbook sticking out of your purse in the chair beside you. You know it has been there for about a week without anyone balancing it or checking it. You know it will only take a few minutes, but you really don;t want to see the money damage. For some reason every time you log onto the bank website you get a feeling if it doesn't turn out good the bank ninjas might come after you and take all what little cash you have left!
Okay face your fears and check....Oh good! No banking ninjas are coming after you today. You behaved this week. You even found you had more than you expected. Go ahead and bring up that Amazon or ebay tab and do a little a shopping.
But wait? What was I doing? Email right? Email from who? Oh yes! That one important person! You'll shop later. Right now email...
But wait. That person mostly talks to you on facebook. But you know facebook will take all your attention. Maybe if you log on quick just to check you won't see anything interesting. Okay just one minutes just to check on facebook for message.
Drat! Adn Interesting Status. Oh no! Such and Such went to the hospital! oh! it was just a his cousin. I pray for him. I should tell him that. Oh look! My friend just got back from that one place! And she posted photos! I love that sunset! I think I need to "like" all her photos. Oh cool! She got that thing from that one place! I think I will check if I can get on off amazon!
Back to the Amazon tab. Oh look! My thing I really wanted is on sale! Maybe I should get cause it also has free shipping. Should I get it now or ask my hubby later? Maybe I should something else. Something for the baby. Yeah I should. Oh that right! I needed to check out the one website about babies!...Wait! I need to email that baby website to that one guy! Oh hey look! my email tab is up. I wonder why it up? I put it up for a reason. Oh well, I better keep up my hard work here....
